What is XGem300Pro?
The XGem300Pro is an existing XGem-based driver that can be extended to CMS (E87), PM (E40), CJM (E94), and STS (E90), and features automatic configuration and processing of 300mm SECS messages, and automatic generation of basic data used in scenarios.
Support for GEM and EDA modeling based on XGem300Pro automatically updates data used in GEM 300 scenarios to provide basic data needed for EDA services, CIM Portal Plus auto-connect and EDA information updates, and customers using existing XGem300PRO can support EDA services without further development.
