What is a PLC?

Do you know what GEM and PLC are?
It can be viewed as a logic control device that replaces the functions in the existing control panel with semiconductor devices to achieve control functions and adds numerical calculation functions to enable program control.
XGemPLC makes it possible to apply Gem automation tools to existing PLCs.
As an overview of the product, after setting the PLC memory related to SECS/GEM communication in the existing PLC control system and synchronizing the equipment to the set memory, SECS/GEM service is supported without the need to develop a separate application.
This shortens development time and reduces development costs, and enables easy GEM communication services.
XGemPLC transmits [Change Information Transmission] from the PLC (equipment) to the host (server) and delivers the value to the host
if there is a change in the value after recording the change value of a specific area of the PLC or querying the information of the area,
and conversely, when the value is delivered from the host through [Information Change Transmission],
the PLC enters the value in the specific area of the PLC and turns on the Response bit to notify that the value has changed,
and then the PLC processes the information and delivers the processing result in the same way as “Change Information Transmission”.
