Today, I would like to introduce XGemULTRA, a driver for GEM communication that makes GEM communication/control of semiconductor equipment easier and more convenient!
It is an upgraded version of the existing XGemPRO, so let’s see how it is different.
XGemULTRA is a revolutionary upgrade to its predecessor, XGemPRO, offering more power and expanded functionality to maximize the user experience.
It inherits the best of its predecessor while delivering key improvements to differentiate itself.
1. Features
1-1. SEMI Standard Updates / adds E30 Revision 0324, E39 OSS, E116 EPT
XGemULTRA adds support for E30, E39, and E116 in addition to the SECS protocol and GEMs already supported by XGemPRO.

- Support for Large Recipe transfer function for large data transfers (S21 series)
- Ability to transfer Documentation files and SEDD files
SEMI E39 Object Services Standard (OSS)
